Md Choice Hospice Care

Our Services

Skilled Nursing

Our hospice provides nursing services all day long. No days-off. Nursing services are primarily available to those in need of assistance with pain relief and symptom management. The nurses provide physical comfort and make general recommendations. Our nurses oversee the entire treatment process, including the scheduling of pill administration recovery therapies required visits to doctors, etc.

Physician Services

If the patient is unable to visit the doctor due to mobility issues, we offer home visiting services. Our physicians and nurses will conduct extensive research on the needs and requirements and forward the information to the hospice team.

Medical Social Workers

We are all aware of how difficult the treatment period is for both patients and family members, which is why we provide social-medical care. Family therapists, psychologists, community resources, and financial assistance are all available in MD Choice Hospice Care center.

Hospice Aid & Homemaker

The Hospice Aid and Homemaker is responsible for providing assistance with the patient's personal care.

Medical Supplies & Equipment

Hospice provides its patients with a hospital bed, oxygen tanks, a walker, a wheelchair, hygiene items, nearly all necessary equipment, and supplies.

Volunteers

It is far too important to assist others. That is why we have incorporated volunteer work for our patients. Our volunteers provide emotional and physical support, engage patients in various activities, and provide companionship.

Bereavement and Grief Support

Is available for the patients family.

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies

Hospice provides Complementary and Alternative Therapies (CAT) to patients to help them relieve stress and tension, relax, and overcome depression. Before beginning any therapy, your doctor must first assess the situation and then approve it. Therapies can aid in the treatment process, but they cannot completely replace it.
